Whether you are here by invitation, because of a search engine, or by accident, welcome! I hope you stay around a while. The primary focus of this web site is Jesus Christ as He is presented in the Bible. Are you a skeptic? Are you a mature Christian? You might be surprised by what's inside.

Since 1993, I have been reading and studying the Bible and comparing it to what I have been taught in Church. Unfortunately they don't always agree. I always take the side of the Bible over the preacher and that is where you'll find this web site is different from most. I'm an equal opportunity offender. I don't mean to be, but I can't help that some preachers take liberties with God's Word where they should not. Like every generation before me, Christians are faced with a challenge to preserve classic, orthodox Christianity, which continues to be assaulted by every media source imaginable, including the A&E Network, The Discovery Channel and the History Channel just to name a few. It is especially disconcerting that the Church is sometimes also guilty of making Christianity out to be something that is far from reality. The original source for what God expects from mankind are the apostles and prophets. Today, the only source for what God expects from mankind is the Bible. It is a relatively small collection of books, yet preachers of every stripe have created a religion the size of the American Federal tax code. Christianity is not that difficult to understand and I hope to shed some light on some issues, get rid of some of the fluff, toss out the man-made rules and regulations and get down to what is real.This is an apologetic ministry which I hope will be helpful toward defending the faith by introducing related articles and links to many good web sites. This site is called IAmForSure because first, it represents my faith. I am absolutely convinced of the existence of God, Jesus Christ, His resurrection, heaven, hell, the inerrancy of the Bible and everything else the Bible teaches. And those of you who are already Christians should understand that Jesus claimed to be God when He said, "I tell you the truth," Jesus answered, "before Abraham was born, I am!" John 8:58. Jesus Christ is the surest hope for mankind. Of that, I have no doubt. And if you decide to follow Him and the religion that He founded, you owe it to yourself to discover the real Jesus, to put your faith and trust in the real Jesus and to follow His instructions only. The world is full of false prophets and false teachers who preach and teach false doctrines, false gospels, and false Christ's.  Their aberrant beliefs mislead many who sincerely love Christ, but because many people don't read and study the Scriptures, they are easily led astray. I hope to help counter those who distort the Scriptures and introduce heresies by presenting the truth of the Gospel through the Bible, my own articles and through other, more respected and educated authors. I also want to encourage everyone to read and study The Word of God for yourselves so that you cannot be misled.
